We also require photo ID and keep records of trailer plate numbers to ensure your property is well-protected.

With easy and secure access, our yard is monitored with time-stamped entries and exits. You can enter the yard using a scan card from 6 am to 10 pm, with office hours available Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm.

We also prioritize pest control, maintaining a rodent-free yard with mouse bait stations every 30 feet, industrial-grade poison, and even three yard cats. Our groomed and gravelled lot ensures clear access year-round, with snow removal and effective drainage systems in place.
