1. Adhere to Your Contract
   Follow all guidelines outlined in your rental agreement with Choice Storage. These terms will be reviewed with you when you sign the contract.
2. Make Timely Payments
   Ensure your monthly rental payments are made on time to avoid any interruptions or late fees.
3. Update Account Information
   Notify Choice Storage immediately if there are any changes to your contact details, address, or payment information.
4. Insure Your Belongings
   Protect your stored items by securing insurance coverage. Contact your insurance provider for assistance.
5. Report Lost Access Items
   If you lose your access card or key, inform Choice Storage immediately so the access card can be deactivated to maintain security.
6. Monitor Access Card Use
   You are responsible for any activity associated with your access card. If you authorize others to access your unit, inform Choice Storage about who has permission.
7. Maintain Cleanliness
   Keep your unit and the surrounding area clean and free from debris.
8. Be Respectful
   Show consideration for other tenants and Choice Storage employees at all times.
9. Follow Storage Restrictions
   Do not store perishable, flammable, or illegal items in your unit.
10. Provide Proper Move-Out Notice
    If you plan to vacate your unit, provide at least two weeks’ notice by calling or emailing the office. Remember, the last month’s rent is not prorated and must be paid in full.
