Storage units can be rented by the month, for 6 months or annually. Stalls are only available to rent for3 or 6 months or for a year.
Storage units can be rented for 6 months at a time with a 5% discount. Annual rentals offer a 10% discount. The fee must be paid upfront and is NON-REFUNDABLE. There is a 10% discount on stall rentals with an annual contract.
Our prices are very competitive. The discounts are consistent. We treat all of our customers fairly with the same pricing.
We will prorate the first month of your unit rental if you are not moving in on the 1st. If moving in after the 15th of the month, you will be expected to pay the first prorated month as well as the full second month rental unless setting up an automatic credit card payment. Your first month will also include the $25.00 damage deposit (refundable) and $15.00 card pass (non-refundable).
Notice must be provided at least 2 weeks in advance by calling the office or emailing. Be reminded that the last month of rental is always a full month and is not pro-rated.
At the office, we accept Visa, MasterCard, cheques and cash. We also offer an automatic credit card payment service or you can call in a one-time credit card payment. We also accept email transfers. We DO NOT ACCEPT American Express.
We have a wide variety of sizes for both units and stalls to meet your needs. There is a size chart available on our website to help determine what size of unit would suit your requirements.
We do sell locks, but do not sell packing or moving supplies at this time.
The storage units are due on the 1st of the month. The stalls are due on the 15th of the month.
Stalls are non-refundable, but are transferrable. In other words, if the new owner wants to park here they can take over your contract. Any funds paid to that point will have to be negotiated between the buyer and seller. If you have another stall or unit rented in the yard, the credit could be applied to your account.
If you move the former RV out of the yard and it is replaced with a larger one, your stall will be relocated to the appropriate aisle if space is available and you will be charged or credited the difference.

If a stall is not available you will remain in the current stall until one becomes available. If there happens to be a waiting list, you will be bumped up to the top over any of the new customers coming into the yard.
Our stalls are 12 feet wide, allowing for 2 feet on either side of your trailer. This allows 4 feet between trailers, provided they are parked straight in the stall.
Only the vehicle contracted to be in the stall may be parked there. Substitutions of other trailers are not allowed for security reasons. Motorhome owners may park an RV/vehicle in their stall when the motorhome is in use.
Trailers are measured tip to tail, including hitch and any racks or spare tires that may be attached. Please note that many manufacturers only include living area in their sizing. Hitches generally add about 4 feet to the trailer length and your stall sizing will be based on the total length of the unit.
Consider uniform sizes, two or three different box sizes only, as this makes stacking your boxes that much easier. Be sure your boxes are strong enough to hold 25-30 lbs.
If you are using boxes instead of plastic bins, label them on all 4 sides for easier identification.
Note on the list where you placed them inside the storage unit. Store this master list in a safety deposit box or safe place you won’t forget.
Make ‘notes for yourself’ about where they go so that when you go to use them again it’s not a nightmare to set them back up!
Wrap table legs and chair legs in bubble wrap and wrap cushions in plastic and place on top of sofas.
A good idea is to use the larger boxes for lighter, bulkier items such as blankets and linens, and pack heavier items like books and electronics in smaller boxes.
